All sessions tend to get booked up months in advance. To avoid disappointment it is best if you book your newborn session as early as your 12 week scan. Please check the availability and BOOK ONLINE or CONTACT me with your due date or if you have any questions. The session date is secured only when the session/booking fee of £99 is received (until the fee is paid and cleared the date is not reserved and might be given to anyone else who enquired before or after you but paid/booked online first). When booking please enter your due date as your estimated session date which will be adjusted once the baby arrives. If the baby is already here please book the date that is within 6 to 14 days from baby's birth. Please contact me before booking if the baby is older than 3 weeks.

Newborn session/booking fee is £99 and it is due at the time of the booking. The session/booking fee secures your date/slot but does not include any products or images. This fee will be deducted from your final package cost. You do not need to decide which package you want to go for before your session happens and you see the final images. However a minimum a spent of £400 that fully covers the bottom package "SIMPLE" is due before and no later than your session date. The total of £499 covers your newborn session time, equipment, props, photographer's creativity and editing of your final gallery. It also includes 5 x fully edited high resolution images, an online gallery for you to view, share and download your 5 HR images and a luxury box with 5 x mounted prints. One to two weeks after your session you will be invited back to the studio to view your gallery and choose your favourite images. The above fee already includes the "SIMPLE" package but you can always upgrade to next package at the time of your viewing and/or order extra products, prints, wall art and albums.

Once booked I will pencil in your due month (as per your due date) and we will set the date for the session when your baby arrives. Please do not leave the booking until the last minute as sessions get booked well in advance and it is important to fit the baby in within the first 1-3 weeks. While we wait for your baby to arrive we will discuss the colour choices for your session and if there are some specific images that you are drawn to.

Following your session your images will be edited to the highest standard and in about 1-2 weeks (excludes holidays and off sick days) you will be invited back to a studio to an in person viewing of your final gallery where you will be able to choose your package and any additional images or wall art / prints / albums you would like - there is no hard sale at all and the choice is entirely up to you. If you are booking your session last minute the editing of your final gallery and your viewing appointment may be delayed as we would have already arranged other viewing appointments before your booking and your session.

Absolutely! Our goal is that you walk out not only with beautiful digital images on your file but have something to proudly display at home. I only work with the best printing photo labs and suggest you print via your photographer (me) for the best quality display since your newborn images will be cherished for years to come and we wish to provide you exactly that - only unique, bespoke and the best quality product! After the viewing of your gallery you will be able to order products however if you have something in mind already it would be good knowing this in advance so we style and shoot with purpose to match the images to your product. At Dream Artsy Photography your baby will be in the best hands since the photographer not only has 8 years of hands on practice working with babies but trains other photographers worldwide in newborn photography and safe posing. The session is baby led and the baby is never forced into any pose. We also allow plenty of time for feeding and changing whenever the baby needs it. The baby is supported at all times and complex poses are shot as composites which are later edited into one image. You will also come to a professional studio that has all the equipment and posing aids for a newborn baby to be safe and comfortable and everything what a new parent with a newborn would need. Dream Artsy Photography is registered and professionally insured.

Shortly before your session you will be sent a What to expect / Prep Guide which will explain more about what is going to happen on the day and how it is best to prepare for the session, what to bring with you.

No absolutely not! All the props, wraps, hats and outfits that you see on Dream Artsy Photography website/IG are available at the studio to use for your newborn session. The only thing what we ask you to bring with you is the baby (obviously!) and the usual baby's bag with some extra nappies and some extra milk. It is really helpful if the baby can have a dummy during the session for those few minutes when he/she needs to settle down - even if never used before a dummy will usually sooth and minimise the milk top ups the baby may need during posing.

Parents are important if not the most important part of the photo shoot! Shortly before your session we will send you a What to wear / What to expect Guide with tips of what to wear.

No, mini sessions are only valid for new bookings - they are limited and only available at the time of the offer. When you book a full session you have a day reserved for you. Shall you decide to cancel your full session booking you will loose a session/booking fee of £99 that you have paid when booking.

I only work from my studio and due to the extent of the equipment, props and posing aids needed for a newborn session I do not move them around. Dream Artsy Photography studio is based in RG7 4LH.

I only photograph during the working days and working hours. I do not work during National/Bank holidays.
